A shopkeeper was dismayed when a brand new business much like his
own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read 'BEST
DEALS.' He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his
right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign,
reading 'LOWEST PRICES.' The shopkeeper panicked, until he got an
idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own shop. It

Providing individual emotional support for families facing the
death of a loved one appears to be an effective way to raise the
level of organ donations. A unique program at the Albany Medical
College in New York that pairs mothers of organ donors with
families facing a similar loss, reports unprecedented consent
rates for donations.
- Divorced mothers may reveal too much to daughters
Most divorced mothers appear to confide in their adolescent
daughters about such sensitive topics as finances and their
negative feelings toward their ex-husbands, according to
results of a study. These conversations may leave daughters
feeling anxious and depressed, the study authors report in
the journal Family Relations.
